Though you would almost never need the physical document; however, we retain the physical document in our secure archives for 5 years. And if you ever need it during this time, we would arrange to send it to you for free or for a small fee.

police certificate
The Nigeria Police Clearance or Character certificate is issued by the Nigerian Police. It is usually required by foreign countries and embassies to assess the character requirements of individuals. This document is specifically issued at the Nigerian Police Force Headquarters and it involves obtaining the fingerprints of the applicant.

Name Change
Your name is your identity. It is very important, and mostly required, that you let the public and those you deal with know that your name has changed.
Simply complete a name change application on our website and attach the necessary documents.
A complete online name change request, a scanned passport photograph and a scanned signature sample.
The entire process is usually complete within 5-10 business days of receiving a complete order.
